Job Summary

Own and refine the product backlog, translating customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, designers, and subject matter experts to define priorities, support delivery, and maximize product value and user experience. Participate in Agile ceremonies, monitor initiatives and dependencies, gather customer feedback and insights, and help execute roadmap priorities with strong risk management and transparent stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and customer impact.
•Translate customer, user, and business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, designers, and subject matter experts to define priorities and support delivery.
•Participate in Agile ceremonies and product development activities to ensure alignment from conception through delivery.
•Monitor initiatives, identify dependencies and impediments, gather feedback and insights, and support roadmap execution for high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, information systems, or related fields.
•Advanced English and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
•Experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital products.
•Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, defining requirements, and supporting delivery of digital products.
•Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
