Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop the payroll compensation payment system for SKELAR businesses (2,500+ employees) across key locations including Ukraine and Poland.
  • •Develop banking infrastructure by opening accounts, launching new payment methods with legal and treasury, and automating invoicing.
  • •Coordinate processes for obtaining and repaying corporate loans for core employees in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • •Coordinate payroll cycle execution and plan the required funds in a timely manner.
  • •Ensure payouts comply with company timelines and rules, including handling individual adjustments and collaborating with accounting, Poland partners, and Finance & Legal.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in payroll operations or related finance processes.
