Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the security product end to end, including strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution.
  • •Solve real product challenges in real-time monitoring across many chains and trusted customer detection.
  • •Turn agent/LLM capabilities into a product that configures and calibrates security for users.
  • •Work closely with enterprise customers to shape the product, including major crypto and TradFi names.
  • •Drive prioritization and trade-offs while keeping engineering, research, and GTM aligned on shared outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Owned a technical or infrastructure product end to end, and can go deep with engineers.
  • •Fluency in web3/on-chain fundamentals (smart contracts, wallets, exchanges) and how on-chain attacks work.
  • •Grounding in cybersecurity products such as detection and response, monitoring, and threat intelligence, including how security teams buy and operate.
  • •Ability to handle complex, high-stakes situations by aligning engineering, research, and GTM while engaging demanding enterprise customers.
