Job Summary

Support a TS/SCI-cleared intelligence customer in St. Louis by providing hands-on desktop and systems support for end-users, both on-site and remotely. Install and upgrade operating systems and layered software packages, troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and monitor/tune performance. Lead backup and data/media recoverability efforts, configure and maintain networked systems, perform workstation/server compliance audits, and train users on hardware and software use.

•Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues and coordinate upgrades for desktop environments.
•Perform advanced OS and software installations and upgrades for operating systems and layered software packages.
•Monitor and tune systems for optimum performance, and conduct hardware and software audits for compliance.
•Lead backup and data/media recoverability activities following schedules and train end-users on hardware and software use.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related experience supporting enterprise IT systems and desktop environments.
•Knowledge of VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) and thin client technologies.
•Experience with Windows (Windows 11, Windows 10, and Windows 7), Citrix, SMS, and SCCM.
•Ability to perform troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues, including installations and upgrades.
•US Citizenship required and current TS/SCI clearance (ability to obtain TS/SCI + Polygraph).
