Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review DPRs, TEFRs, and feasibility and pre-feasibility studies for ports and marine infrastructure projects.
  • •Develop project implementation plans, schedules, milestones, and resource-loaded programs using Primavera P6/MS Project.
  • •Coordinate with multi-disciplinary marine, coastal, structural, geotechnical, environmental, and transportation experts.
  • •Conduct project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress tracking, including variance analysis and corrective actions for delays.
  • •Support port master plans, cargo traffic assessments, capacity analysis, bid documentation, RFPs, and tender support, and produce client deliverables such as reports and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •Preferred master's degree specializing in Port & Harbour, Coastal, Marine Engineering, Transportation, Infrastructure Planning, or Construction Management.
  • •3–8 years of planning and consultancy experience for ports, marine, coastal, harbors, terminals, jetties, shipyards, waterfront, or maritime infrastructure projects.
  • •Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, plus MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong report writing, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
