Key Responsibilities

•Manage the technical aspects of the sales process, including demonstrations, proofs of concept, customer onboarding, and feature requests.
•Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
•Work with marketing and Customer Success to support deal opportunities and post-sales check-ins, including sharing roadmap and new features.
•Channel customer requirements into product feedback for the product management organization and support integration with customer in-house tools and systems.
•Collaborate with account teams to meet booking objectives and attend trade shows, conferences, and meetups with frequent travel (30%+).

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in high-tech sales/solutions engineering or systems/network engineering.
•Must be located on the U.S. East Coast.
•Ability to lead technical conversations from staff-level engineers and architects through senior executives.
•Experience managing Cisco/Juniper routers and Linux servers.
•Strong networking/app protocol knowledge (e.g., DNS, BGP, Netflow, TCP/IP, HTTP, SNMP) plus scripting proficiency and familiarity with DDoS mitigation.
