Job Summary

Implement, maintain, and support enterprise communication networks to ensure high availability and strong performance. Create low-level technical documentation (device configs, migration plans, test scenarios), install and configure LAN/WLAN/WAN and SDN/legacy topologies, and troubleshoot incidents. Coordinate vendors and manage project progress, while capturing initial requirements via email and phone and studying new networking technologies aligned to company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement IT network projects.
•Create technical documentation including LLDs, network device configs, migration plans, and test scenarios.
•Install and configure LAN/WLAN/WAN and DC, including legacy and SDN topologies.
•Take responsibility for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
•Maintain and support customer systems (onsite/offsite), including opening cases and managing warranty.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor/College degree in Information Systems or equivalent education.
•Experience and knowledge of routing and switching, wireless device configuration, and firewall solutions.
•Cisco CCNP Enterprise Networking certification.
•Good knowledge of SDN solutions, in particular Cisco SD-WAN.
•English communication and ability to troubleshoot, report, and train.
