Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the Product Team’s frontline partner by acting as the primary interface between customers and R&D and translating live usage into structured insights that inform requirements and roadmaps.
  • •Triage, troubleshoot, and drive product quality by investigating customer-reported issues, validating functionality with data and logs, and maintaining high-quality issue definitions.
  • •Support product releases and adoption by coordinating alpha testing, communicating changes to customers, and refining release notes and documentation.
  • •Translate user behavior into actionable insights that inform prioritization discussions and product changes, ensuring a scalable customer experience with ValonOS.
  • •Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape the product strategy, and contribute to release readiness and customer-facing content.
