Job Summary

Support the definition and calculation of Operations KPIs by capturing business logic into clear metrics and translating data into actionable insights. Conduct KPI simulations using Power BI, Qlik, or similar tools, and contribute to building dashboards and analytical solutions for Operations. Present results to stakeholders and create internal content to spread analytics knowledge. Work onsite in Barcelona in an international, learning-focused environment.

•Present results and data-driven insights to stakeholders and create analytical knowledge content.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business or similar.
•Sharp analytical skills with strong problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
•Excellent communication skills in English for explaining complex concepts.
•Knowledge of analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
•Hands-on experience with projects related to Data Analytics, AI and/or Machine Learning (plus).
