Key Responsibilities

•Ensure all on-stage cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model.
•Support timely response to client feedback per department and help action client-related issues using the client service hotline or direct client feedback.
•Support training for all World selling cast in Client Interactive Technology.
•Support in-store events as needed to help the store achieve goals and client needs.
•Coach performance management situations within the assigned area, provide timely feedback for improvement, and participate in regular check-ins with direct reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 22.2 - 26.1 hourly

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
•Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
•Support the timely response to client feedback per department.
•Be aware of and coach performance management situations in the assigned area and deliver timely feedback for improvement.
