Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and generate project opportunities within a portfolio of maintenance contracts.
  • •Manage tenders end-to-end, including tender analysis of subcontractor returns and leading procurement processes.
  • •Lead projects end-to-end: scope definition, construction phase planning, subcontractor management, site attendance (including out-of-hours), and programme delivery.
  • •Embed CDM process (as principle contractor where applicable) and ensure CBRE QHSE practices are fully embedded throughout projects.
  • •Manage commercial performance: statutory/commercial risk management, variations capture/costing/claims, payment schedules/applications, final accounts close-out, and monthly reporting to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years proven project management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment.
  • •Proven experience of running a P&L.
  • •Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team.
  • •Previous experience operating at senior level (desirable).
  • •Fully competent with project management methodology and up-to-date knowledge of the construction market.
