Lead and develop a team of Brand Advocates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while partnering with the Store Manager to drive store profitability. In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full responsibility for the store. Support sales goal achievement through KPI monitoring, coach the team to productivity targets, supervise daily store operations, and maintain merchandising, inventory, and compliance standards. Build an inclusive, high-performing retail environment and strengthen expense and shrink management.
