Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform carpentry-related maintenance tasks including installation, repair, and replacement of doors, partitions, shelving, cabinetry, and other wood fixtures.
  • •Carry out basic painting and wall preparation tasks such as priming, patching, and finish coating.
  • •Execute tile installation and repair work, ensuring alignment, leveling, and adherence to brand and safety standards.
  • •Assess assigned maintenance scope and recommend cost-effective materials and construction solutions.
  • •Respond to urgent repair calls, source required materials, maintain tools/equipment, read technical drawings/measurements, and coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance staff; maintain records of materials used and completed work.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of proven carpentry experience in commercial, retail, or facility maintenance environments.
  • •Proficiency operating carpentry tools such as saws, drills, chisels, and measuring instruments.
  • •Strong knowledge of wooden fixture installation, finishing techniques, and construction safety protocols.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and blueprints accurately.
  • •Good communication and problem-solving skills.
