Job Summary

Coordinate material obsolescence management for end-of-life product change notifications, analyzing EOL PCNs and aligning stakeholders on Life Time Buy, Bridge Buy, or No Buy decisions. Build forecasts using consumption history, MRP, and LRP data, assess shortage and spend, and prepare leadership-ready summaries. Execute and document LTB/BB/NB decisions in systems such as Agile and Oracle EBS while partnering with engineering and category management to manage costs, timing, and inventory impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preliminary assessments of EOL PCNs, confirming EOL lists, unit prices, SKUs, technology, and consumption history.
•Coordinate final alignment on LTB/BB/NB decisions with Engineering, Product Management, and other stakeholders.
•Analyze products/SKUs, where-used, consumption history, and MRP data; collaborate with Service Team to obtain LRP and forecast quantities.
•Prepare leadership approval summaries covering rationale, strategy, mitigation efforts, and inventory impact.
•Execute and document LTB/BB/NB decisions and manage system updates for part lifecycle and documentation in Agile and Oracle EBS.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
•5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Obsolescence, or Material Logistics, including EOL/PCN processes and supply chain management.
•Familiarity with systems such as Agile and Oracle EBS for lifecycle management and documentation.
•Strong analytical skills for forecasting (consumption history, MRP, LRP) with spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets/Excel, Pivot Tables).
•Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and build executive-ready business cases across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
