Perform specialized remittance processing and remote deposit operations for customers in a multi-bank environment. Balance and prepare payments, enter remittances into processing equipment/software, and forward completed work. Research and resolve complex customer inquiries related to remittance processing and remote banking issues while supporting workflow, training peers, and assisting with system/equipment reviews to sustain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Process remittance payments for customers according to requirements and company procedures in a multi-bank environment.
•Balance payment forms and checks, prepare deposits, and enter payments into remittance processing equipment with required software.
•Develop and maintain processing priorities and coordinate processing schedules, procedures, and automation specifications; document procedures.
•Track processing volume data for customer billing and report preparation.
•Research and resolve customer problems and assist with remittance processing and remote banking issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED; some college preferred, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment.
•Minimum 1 year of banking or other related experience.
•Proficient mathematical and accounting skills.
•Proficient 10-key calculator skills.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and process work according to deadlines.
