Key Responsibilities

  • •Process remittance payments for customers according to requirements and company procedures in a multi-bank environment.
  • •Balance payment forms and checks, prepare deposits, and enter payments into remittance processing equipment with required software.
  • •Develop and maintain processing priorities and coordinate processing schedules, procedures, and automation specifications; document procedures.
  • •Track processing volume data for customer billing and report preparation.
  • •Research and resolve customer problems and assist with remittance processing and remote banking issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; some college preferred, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment.
  • •Minimum 1 year of banking or other related experience.
  • •Proficient mathematical and accounting skills.
  • •Proficient 10-key calculator skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and process work according to deadlines.
