Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary production contact for client stakeholders across the production lifecycle, from planning through post-event review.
  • •Collaborate on production planning, technical approach, creative direction, event logistics, and production design for live and recorded events.
  • •Operate and oversee live and recorded production technical systems, including video switching, camera operation, audio mixing, graphics playback, and recording/streaming systems.
  • •Direct live events, webcasts, and hybrid meetings; configure, operate, and troubleshoot production systems for video, audio, lighting, streaming, and presentation technologies.
  • •Maintain production readiness by developing best practices/operating procedures, coordinating supplemental freelance/contract personnel when needed, performing system checks/preventative maintenance, and recommending equipment/workflow improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in production, broadcast, events, or a similar field.
  • •Proficiency with web streaming and encoding platforms/software, including Teams and Zoom.
  • •Experience with production equipment such as video switchers (Blackmagic or similar), robotic camera control (Panasonic), digital audio (Yamaha or equivalent), and graphics.
  • •Knowledge of networked audio/video systems, including signal flow and routing.
  • •Strong leadership and customer service skills, with excellent oral and written communication and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
