Job Summary

Lead the evolution of a Salesforce platform supporting the CMS Premium Stabilization Program (PSP) and EDGE programs. Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, owning the product roadmap, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Manage enterprise backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT, while collaborating with Salesforce admins, developers, testers, and solution architects to deliver scalable solutions and maintain program documentation.

•Act as the voice of the customer by liaising between business users, IT teams, and Salesforce developers.
•Elicit and document requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis; translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
•Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, testers, and solution architects; lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
•Provide schedule inputs, risk alerts, and status reporting; handle complex helpdesk cases and support demos, briefings, and presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting APIs, system integrations, and/or data exchange.
•In-depth experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, including Jira and Confluence.
•Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•Experience leading large teams, managing work and action items for 7+ projects simultaneously while prioritizing and adjusting quickly.
•Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills, including leading development and architecture meetings and communicating complex technical topics to varied audiences.
