Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage safety programs, including designing SOPs for Working at Heights, LOTO, electrical hazards, and confined space entry.
  • •Translate OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910 & 1926) into practical guidance and maintain a full-cycle safety management system (hazard ID, risk assessment, corrective actions, audits, emergency response).
  • •Proactively conduct job site walks, lead JHAs/JSAs, and perform root-cause analyses to drive corrective actions to closure.
  • •Develop and deliver hands-on training for onboarding, task-specific certifications, and annual refreshers; serve as Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer for OSHA 10 and OSHA 30.
  • •Build and present safety KPI dashboards to leadership, manage safety documentation and Return-to-Work programs, and stay current on OSHA/NFPA standards and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
  • •Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification.
  • •Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer (Construction and/or General Industry), including OSHA 10 and OSHA 30.
  • •7+ years building and managing safety programs in field operations.
  • •Strong working knowledge of 29 CFR 1910 and 29 CFR 1926, with hands-on experience using JHAs/JSAs/RCAs and corrective action tracking.
