Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support implementation and continuous improvement of the Eaton MESH system in line with legal and local requirements.
  • •Drive incident and near-miss management, including root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Perform proactive and preventive risk assessments (WRA, ergonomic, operational risks).
  • •Ensure accurate EHS data management and reporting using MESH Prism and internal systems.
  • •Coordinate EHS training (training matrices and completion status) and maintain EHS operational controls, procedures, and PM programs across the site.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related).
  • •Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong experience in safety management systems, incident investigation, near misses, and risk assessment.
  • •EHS Certification: Minimum C-Class required (A-Class is an advantage).
  • •Fluent English and Turkish skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
