Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee field-site work to deliver quality service for customer jobs involving instrumentation and control panels. Plan jobs, provide instructions to the crew, coordinate service operators, and manage equipment cleanup, repair, preparation, and records. Perform installation and/or maintenance for IET rotating equipment, follow service site quality procedures, and provide limited troubleshooting while partnering with customer and Baker Hughes teams safely.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and oversee field-site activities to provide quality service to customers.
•Plan the job and provide instructions to the crew and the equipment used.
•Coordinate and direct service operators; coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
•Perform minor/major maintenance and installation activities following IET service site quality checklists and procedures.
•Serve as primary contact with the customer representative and site team, record activities, and follow applicable safety processes and core values.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
•5-6 years of industry experience and IET product line training required.
•Mainly specialized in instrumentation and control panels; demonstrate functional/technical and customer-focused skills.
•Knowledge of control systems such as MarkVIe.
•Intermediate/advanced English; be able to work offshore and travel locally and internationally (BOSIET/THUET certificates are a plus).
