Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Recommendations)

Build and improve large-scale search, ranking, and recommendation systems that shape how millions of customers discover and shop on ASOS. Own the full ML lifecycle—experimentation, model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization—using both batch and real-time models in production. Partner with Applied Scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver measurable customer and commercial impact, while providing technical leadership and mentoring across the team.
