Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Produce and present final cost plans; develop updated cost plans at key design milestones.
  • •Review design and contractor estimates, reconcile changes, and support accurate contractor data for cost estimate updates.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, post-contract cost variances, and change control processes, including cost/contingency and commitment tracking logs.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, compile built cost records for benchmarking, support final account agreement, and coordinate VE sessions and funding data presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field in construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or actively working toward RICS is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects of medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction procurement routes, value management, and value engineering, with excellent communication skills.
