Job Summary

Deliver luxury spa retail experiences by advising guests on spa, wellness, skincare, and lifestyle products and recommending tailored options. Drive retail revenue through upselling, cross-selling, personalized recommendations, and achievement of retail sales targets. Support spa and wellness promotions, maintain product and merchandising standards, manage stock and inventory counts, process POS transactions accurately, and coordinate with spa and resort teams to enhance the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide consistently exceptional guest service in line with One&Only brand standards, delivering warm, personalized, memorable experiences.
•Advise guests on spa, wellness, skincare, and lifestyle products and build strong guest relationships through consultations and follow-ups.
•Promote spa services and retail products to drive revenue via upselling, cross-selling, and personalized recommendations; achieve retail sales targets.
•Maintain comprehensive knowledge of retail products, spa treatments, promotions, and wellness offerings; support promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.
•Maintain merchandising and retail display standards, monitor stock and conduct inventory counts, and process retail transactions accurately using POS procedures.

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of experience as a Spa Retail Specialist, Spa Reception, Beauty Advisor, Luxury Retail, or similar guest-facing role in a luxury resort, wellness center, spa, or five-star hotel.
•Strong knowledge of skincare, wellness, beauty, and lifestyle products with a genuine passion for the luxury spa and wellness industry.
•Proven retail sales experience, including upselling and cross-selling, with ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
•Excellent product consultation skills to recommend products tailored to individual guest needs.
•Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are highly desirable).
