Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for the women categories (Dress & Skirts across fabrications), including a multi-sourcing approach to ensure resilience.
  • •Onboard new manufacturing partners to the Quince direct-to-consumer (D2C) model and provide coaching on operating within a rapid replenishment, M2C environment.
  • •Educate partners on the Quince Operating System (OS), covering Operational Excellence (rapid lead times, consumer-oriented approach), Financial Model (ROIC), and Technical Integration (Vendor Portal).
  • •Drive continuous improvement to achieve KPIs: defect rate <0.5%, replenishment lead time <14 days, in-stock rate >99%, margin-accretive performance.
  • •Lead Catalog Expansion with Merchandising and PD; conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners focusing on strategic alignment and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of a director level of Strategic Sourcing or Procurement, or Supplier Management experience operating with major US-based retailers.
  • •Deep set of partner factory connections within Dress & Skirts across fabrications globally (APAC, IST and EMEA regions).
  • •Product obsession with leveraging factories/vendor expertise to design, cost engineer, and bring products to market; knowledge of key materials localized in the region.
  • •GM mindset with a supply chain background and manufacturing (lean/JIT) experience.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
