Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted technical advisor by building strong customer relationships across technical teams and senior leadership.
  • •Own technical health for assigned accounts, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
  • •Develop technical readiness roadmaps and lead technical reviews (environment reviews, service reviews, release readiness, operational health).
  • •Coordinate milestone-based engagements including implementations, migrations, upgrades, integrations, go-lives, and peak-event preparation.
  • •Drive adoption through best-practice guidance and technical coaching, partnering with internal teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes and renewal readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in customer success, technical account management, consulting, solution architecture, professional services, technical support, or a related customer-facing technology role.
  • •Experience managing enterprise customer relationships and driving outcomes through structured technical engagements.
  • •Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, digital platforms, and/or enterprise software.
  • •Excellent communication and collaborator management skills, with ability to align business objectives and technical requirements.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multiple collaborators.
