Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and analyse monthly and half-yearly management and financial reports, budgets, and long-term strategic plans.
  • •Prepare management reporting, including performance analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • •Support operating companies with objectives including working capital (TWC) management, operating cash flow, forecasting, and KPIs.
  • •Provide financial analysis and recommendations for capital expenditure and acquisition proposals; develop reporting/analysis best practices compliant with Group standards.
  • •Coordinate budgeting/forecasting/strategic planning and manage compliance with Group Treasury Policy and SOX; lead the three-person controlling team.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree.
  • •At least five years of finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • •Very good knowledge of management and financial accounting, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management.
  • •Advanced ability to analyse and validate financial and operational performance data and draw sound conclusions.
  • •Knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP; ACCA qualification or active progress toward it; fluent English.
