Project Controls Manager

Develop and run the project controls function for major capital projects, including standards, integrated schedules, cost tracking, forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting. Serve as a hands-on individual contributor while building the team and framework to support a growing capital program. Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, and finance, validate contractor progress and invoices, and deliver weekly, monthly, and executive status updates for leadership and Board review.
