Inspect poultry products as they exit the chiller and re-hang birds onto overhead shackles while meeting production and quality standards. Remove birds that don’t meet requirements, maintain production rates, monitor product condition, and record required production data. Follow food safety, animal welfare, quality assurance, and workplace safety procedures, keep the work area clean, and assist with other production tasks as assigned.
