Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies identified
  • •Implement and enforce stock control procedures, including correct storage, handling, and labelling of materials to ensure food safety standards
  • •Coordinate inventory movements with warehouse and replenishment teams during production and through cleardown
  • •Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within the inventory management system
  • •Conduct daily stock audits and raise concerns or risks to coordinators/leads or managers
