  • •Conduct assessments, evaluations, reviews, and program audits with recommendations and findings.
  • •Develop methodologies, frameworks, standards, and guidance documents.
  • •Build dashboards, scorecards, and analytics products with documentation.
  • •Support implementation research, case studies, landscape scans, foresight exercises, and strategic briefs for leadership decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level or higher advanced university degree in a field relevant to the deliverables.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • •Demonstrated track record in at least one of the expertise areas (monitoring, evaluation, implementation, project management, change management, coaching/facilitation).
  • •Experience working with international organizations, governments, academia, NGOs, or development partners.
  • •Fluency in English or French; Portuguese is an asset.
