Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and coach for the ultimate consumer experience in customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Suggest looks based on consumer needs, current trends, and promotions consistent with the Levi’s service approach.
  • •Promote the Levi’s omni experience and engage consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
  • •Resolve consumer concerns per company policy and partner with store management on elevated issues.
  • •Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment, and compliance with store procedures.
