Job Summary

Lead Unit4’s company-wide pricing strategy as the internal subject matter expert across the product portfolio. Own pricing governance, complex monetization and packaging structures, and a commercially deployable AI pricing roadmap for dynamic pricing and price optimization. Drive advanced pricing analytics (elasticity, profitability, willingness-to-pay) and growth metric frameworks tied to ARR, NRR, and conversion impact. Partner with Product, Deal Desk, and Finance, and mentor junior team members while championing pricing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, document, and maintain pricing principles and discount governance frameworks and approval policies for consistency and scalability.
•Lead design and evolution of complex pricing structures and long-term monetization strategies, including subscription tiers and usage-based models.
•Conduct advanced quantitative pricing analyses (elasticity, profitability by vertical/region, willingness-to-pay research, competitive benchmarking) and run pricing experiments and pilots.
•Own pricing KPIs and reporting to monitor OKR performance, quantify impact of pricing changes, and turn customer data into actionable insights.
•Partner with Product, Deal Desk, and Finance on pricing/packaging and revenue modeling, and mentor junior pricing team members.

Key Requirements

•Deep practitioner knowledge of SaaS pricing models, including subscription, usage-based, value-based pricing, and packaging strategy.
•Experience owning and delivering complex pricing projects with measurable commercial impact.
•Strong command of SaaS business economics (ARR, NRR, churn, LTV, CAC, ARPU) and ability to connect pricing decisions to financial outcomes.
•Experience conducting market research, competitive pricing analysis, and customer willingness-to-pay research in a B2B SaaS context.
•Advanced quantitative skills for financial modeling and data analysis (Excel essential; Power BI or Tableau preferred), comfortable with large datasets.
