Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow established standard work and processes to administer project documentation and contract-compliance activities throughout the project life cycle.
  • •Coordinate transitions of projects from Sales to Operations within enterprise business systems.
  • •Manage procurement per project requirements, including material ordering/tracking, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating subcontracting with vendors.
  • •Coordinate monthly customer invoicing, and review billing backlog to resolve obstacles with Project Managers and relevant teams.
  • •Record and maintain project cost data using project reports (e.g., time sheets, forecasting assistance, and vendor invoices).
