Construction Project Director – Integrated Resort & Infrastructure

Lead end-to-end delivery of a ground-up integrated resort and infrastructure development, overseeing preconstruction through commissioning, opening, and handover. Own program strategy, governance, KPIs, master schedule, and cost plan while managing risk, cash flow, contingencies, and change control. Coordinate permitting and integrated systems testing, enforce safety and QA/QC, resolve claims, and deliver executive reporting and stakeholder alignment through handover to operations.
