Job Summary

Configure and administer Blackline for matching and journal entry processes, translating finance requirements into “to-be” designs and supporting workshops and documentation. Lead account reconciliation and lease accounting solution activities, gather business requirements, and map data for integration with SAP financial systems. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation, train end users, and support go-live with ongoing operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform account reconciliation and lease accounting activities using the Blackline solution.
•Configure and administer Blackline for matching and journal entry processes, including rule/workflow setup and automations.
•Gather and document business requirements and support to-be process design, fit-gap and design workshop outputs.
•Conduct data mapping and integrate with existing SAP financial systems.
•Provide training and support to end users and assist with project planning, timelines, testing, and go-live readiness.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP, preferably SAP RTR and/or SAP Finance.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in BLACKLINE.
•Expert knowledge of Blackline transformation and operational activities.
•Ability to design and map business requirements and process scenarios/flows.
•Experience configuring and customizing Blackline and administering matching/reconciliation workflows.
