Job Summary

Hands-on IT Systems Administrator supporting Nordic training centres across Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo. You’ll own the Nordic server environment, manage cloud services (Azure, M365, SharePoint), drive security/compliance, and lead IT improvements with on-site presence and regular travel across the Nordics to ensure reliable, secure, high‑quality IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and maintain the Nordic server environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, file/print services).
•Administer and optimise cloud services, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online.
•Coordinate with our network team to keep connectivity secure, stable, and resilient.
•Provide 2nd-line support for Nordic sites and deliver hands-on on-site onboarding/offboarding and classroom tech support.
•Plan and deliver upgrades, migrations, and deployments with minimal disruption.

•Several years of experience in systems administration and/or senior IT support roles (typically 5+ years).
•Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and core networking concepts.

•Experience applying modern security, patching, and compliance practices.
•Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using a structured approach.
