Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently.
  • •Inspect equipment per company guidelines and report issues to the Supervisor.
  • •Maintain product quality and integrity during transport.
  • •Communicate effectively with hatchery personnel, maintenance staff, growers, and supervisors regarding farm conditions and delivery information.
  • •Maintain equipment and keep trucks/work areas clean, neat, and orderly, following housekeeping schedules and PPE; perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a valid Class A CDL with 12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months.
  • •Be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
  • •Must have the ability to operate a manual CMV.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and follow written and verbal directions.
  • •No positive drug or alcohol test in the previous 5 years.
