Job Summary

Safely and efficiently transport eggs from Pilgrim’s hatcheries, ensuring timely delivery and pickup. Operate and maintain commercial hauling equipment, follow delivery schedules, and uphold safety, quality, and reliability standards. Coordinate with hatchery, live production, and farm teams to ensure accurate documentation and communication. Adhere to transportation regulations, biosecurity protocols, and company policies to support bird health and supply chain continuity.

Job Function: Transportation & Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently.
•Inspect equipment per company guidelines and report issues to the Supervisor.
•Maintain product quality and integrity during transport.
•Communicate effectively with hatchery personnel, maintenance staff, growers, and supervisors regarding farm conditions and delivery information.
•Maintain equipment and keep trucks/work areas clean, neat, and orderly, following housekeeping schedules and PPE; perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 hourly

Key Requirements

•Have a valid Class A CDL with 12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months.
•Be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
•Must have the ability to operate a manual CMV.

•No positive drug or alcohol test in the previous 5 years.
