Expansion Event Coordinator

Coordinate end-to-end international events for a global expansion team, acting as the operational backbone across conferences, workshops, sponsorships and large-scale conferences. Liaise with venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders; manage calendars, travel, budgets, and post-event reporting to ensure seamless, on-brand experiences for English and Spanish-speaking markets.
