Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate purchase requisition and purchase order activities in Ariba, aligned with budget approvals and procurement policies.
  • •Support contract creation, review cycles, renewals, amendments, and terminations; maintain contract records and documentation completeness.
  • •Coordinate third-party risk management (TPRM) assessments and track open action items, supporting due diligence and compliance controls.
  • •Manage vendor and personnel onboarding workflows, coordinating with IT, Security, Procurement, and HR while ensuring access-control compliance.
  • •Prepare governance reports and dashboards, monitor PO/spend and validate invoices against contractual terms and delivery milestones, and maintain system records across GBUY, ServiceNow, and Ariba.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in vendor management, contract administration, procurement operations, or PMO support.
  • •Experience working with enterprise procurement and contract management systems (e.g., Ariba, GBUY, or equivalent).
  • •Experience with TPRM processes and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
