Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
  • •5+ years of relevant legal experience with significant exposure to M&A (public and private) and corporate transactions.
  • •Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills for complex transactions and corporate documents.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Proven interpersonal and communication skills working effectively with business and legal stakeholders; prior industrial/manufacturing experience preferred.
