Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, curate, and maintain enablement programs for Databricks Technical Support, partners, and internal staff using the latest Databricks features for data engineering
  • •Collaborate with subject-matter-experts and technical enablement specialists to scope needs for new courses and updates to existing ones
  • •Create high-impact programs for Support and internal staff to develop technical and soft skills
  • •Work with a team of technical enablement specialists to curate and design content needed for programs
  • •Drive improvements in Support KPIs through successful enablement programs (lagging indicators)

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with topics related to Databricks (data engineering, machine learning, Apache Spark, etc)
  • •Experience with technical support best practices
