Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage employee onboarding processes and coordinate employee exit activities with HRBPs and stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant employee experience.
  • •Handle employee lifecycle administration including employee records management, contract administration, retirement processing, work injury case management, and employee data maintenance.
  • •Coordinate with external service providers on Hukou applications for local employees, and work permits and residence permits applications for foreign employees.
  • •Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • •Provide day-to-day employee support as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, and support HR engagement/event and wellbeing initiatives as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • •3+ years of experience in HR operations, employee services, HR administration, or a related field.
  • •Solid knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and China employment/labor regulations.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and employee data management is preferred.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving with a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
