Job Summary

Own day-to-day HR operations for employee onboarding and offboarding, manage employee lifecycle administration (records, contracts, retirements, work injury cases), and respond to employee HR inquiries. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers for Hukou, and work/permanent residence permit support. Maintain compliant HR documentation aligned with local labor regulations, and assist HR managers with employee engagement and site wellbeing events.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage employee onboarding processes and coordinate employee exit activities with HRBPs and stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant employee experience.
•Handle employee lifecycle administration including employee records management, contract administration, retirement processing, work injury case management, and employee data maintenance.
•Coordinate with external service providers on Hukou applications for local employees, and work permits and residence permits applications for foreign employees.
•Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
•Provide day-to-day employee support as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, and support HR engagement/event and wellbeing initiatives as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or a relevant field.
•3+ years of experience in HR operations, employee services, HR administration, or a related field.
•Solid knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and China employment/labor regulations.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and employee data management is preferred.
•Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving with a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
