Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, run, and maintain onboarding programs for new hires across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, including scheduling, content delivery, and completion/certification tracking.
  • •Create and update playbooks, battlecards, call guides, FAQs, and reference materials as products, pricing, and processes change.
  • •Run regular training sessions (live and recorded) and maintain the content calendar for ongoing learning.
  • •Administer and maintain enablement tools (LMS, Highspot/Seismic, Gong), including uploading content, managing access, and fixing outdated/broken materials.
  • •Coach reps and small groups and use usage/completion metrics to iterate on programs; manage day-to-day priorities for a small enablement team.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years hands-on experience in revenue/sales/customer success enablement, learning & development, or a related field, including building training content and running programs directly.
  • •Experience creating training materials, playbooks, and job aids from scratch, with comfort writing content.
  • •Ability to present/train in front of groups live and virtually on a regular basis.
  • •Working knowledge of revenue enablement platforms such as Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Gong, or an LMS, including administering and maintaining them.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
