Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement, run, govern, and control transition programs from inception through completion.
  • •Manage risk by planning and ensuring execution of testing, training, and change management activities.
  • •Undertake due diligence to determine exact client requirements.
  • •Plan and manage the execution of service and outsource transition projects using project management methodologies.
  • •Act as a people manager to the cross-functional transition team and develop team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and standards (Waterfall and Agile).
  • •Solid experience in service transitioning and project management, preferably in a global IT services organization.
  • •Experience across contractual review and service definition.
  • •Ability to develop and enhance client and stakeholder relationships.
  • •Relevant certifications/education such as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent) and preferably ITIL; PMBOK and/or Prince II are desirable.
