Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-scale VTC endpoints, related equipment, and supporting infrastructure.

  • •5 years of related VTC administration experience, including 1 year specialized experience directly related to the assigned tasks.
  • •Solid background in VTC systems and operations with experience supporting end-users.
  • •Experience with VTC hardware and software plus basic networking concepts, including familiarity with data center and virtualized environments.
  • •CompTIA Security+ CE and an AS/AAS degree in a technical discipline; U.S. citizenship required.
