Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the development and maintenance of Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for specific scopes.
  • •Liaise with procurement, finance, and time-capture functions to ensure accurate and timely capture and allocation of cost information.
  • •Maintain and monitor project cost budgets, cost commitments, expenditures, and contingency drawdown throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Prepare and issue updates to project cost forecasts and provide cost performance reports per project reporting requirements.
  • •Develop and issue project change orders/variations and facilitate communication of cost and schedule impacts of change notifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline, preferably Engineering.
  • •Typically 2+ years of relevant cost experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Chemical or similar facilities.
  • •Experience of FEED and EPC projects is preferable.
  • •Basic knowledge of cost software and principles for budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow.
  • •Basic understanding of WBS & CBS structures, change management, and project cost reporting capabilities.
