Job Summary

Serve as a GIS and AEC subject matter expert on an account team, presenting and supporting sales of Esri software and solutions. Lead technical meetings with enterprise decision-makers, design and propose complex solutions that demonstrate GIS business value, and provide configuration guidance and best practices. Deliver presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, troubleshoot deployments and system architecture, and coach teammates. Travel domestically/internationally as needed.

•Serve as a technical leader and AEC/environmental consulting subject matter expert, aligning solutions to customer business needs.
•Proactively craft and propose GIS-based solutions that clarify business value and address key customer challenges.
•Design and deliver presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, including conferences and executive engagements.
•Troubleshoot client issues related to Esri application deployment and system architecture, including coaching teammates on best practices.

Key Requirements

•5+ years using Esri technology to create maps, perform spatial analysis, and configure web applications.
•3+ years’ experience in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries.
•Broad ArcGIS knowledge from an IT context (e.g., storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, cloud).
•Demonstrated technical consulting and conceptual solution design experience for complex customer needs.
•Experience with geodatabases/DBMS technology and integrating solutions with systems such as data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
