Key Responsibilities

•Support architecture and low-level hardware questions for customer designs
•Provide pre-sales and post-sales support via email, phone, and customer visits
•Contribute to documentation, product definition, and roadmaps for Ethernet PHY/Switch products
•Analyze customer architectures and requirements; perform debugging of hardware/software issues and board bring-up
•Review schematics/layouts and train customers and FAEs on Broadcom products

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 127,100 - 226,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
•Minimum of 8+ years in relevant fields with a strong track record of success
•Experience in Applications Engineering including direct customer interaction and project management
•Strong working knowledge of multi-gig copper PHY, MII, and SerDes; Ethernet systems and TSN/MACsec is a plus
•Proficiency in C, C++, Python; ability to explain complex technology and train others
