Key Responsibilities

  • •Check and verify daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements and accurate shipments and inventory management.
  • •Ensure every position is filled before start-up of the production line and oversee team exercises/job rotation for ergonomics.
  • •Ensure machinery and workstations are operating at the highest standard possible and have passed USDA Inspection.
  • •Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings; provide encouragement to build the best team.
  • •Perform human relations functions such as training, retaining, and counseling, and keep records of reworked or returned product.
