Key Responsibilities

  • •Sell on scheduled service calls, build trust quickly, and close repair or upgrade sales.
  • •Repair by replacing springs, rollers, motors and other door components, install keypads, run wiring, and test equipment.
  • •Serve by delivering an outstanding customer experience and documenting each job.
  • •Collect payments and document each job.
  • •Use basic hand and power tools to complete the work you sell.
